Lots of Dots

I love polka dots! I had to make a birthday card for one of Taylor's friends. I pulled a bag out of my stash of recycled gift bags from the kids past birthday parties(I know you all havea stash of them too!). I used it for inspiration for my card! I love how it turned out, something about polka dots taht makes me happy! :)


Supplies:
Cardstock: Whisper White, Regal Rose, Ballet Blue & Sage Shadow
Regal Rose Wide Gorsgrain ribbon, 1 1/4 in circle punch
