Halloween is a commin!!

It has been so much fun preparing for Halloween this year! I can hardly believe it will be here on Friday though! Below are some treats I made for our annual Pumpkin Party. The kids invite their friends and we carve and decorate pumpkins, eat, play games and go on a fun hay ride. I thought I would share the clay pots I decorated to put my fun pretzels in! Just some normal clay pots with a strip of Ghostly Greetings designer paper with some ribbon and my current favorite Halloween Set, Batty for you!

Stamp-A-Stack

Hello!! Here are the cards from my most recent Stamp-A-Stack.. The ladies had a lot of fun cratieng 3 of each of these cards on Sunday. Some ladies (12 of them) from church also did these cards for a private stamp-a-stack last Thursday night. I look forward to doing more of these, they all really liked leaving with 12 cards and envelopes ready to send out!



I am working on finishing up my samples for my up comming Holiday Giftables Camp next Wed and the huge Gift Giving Extravaganza on Nov 22nd. Mark the date cuz you won't want to miss them!

To ME! Just kidding, not today at least! Unfortunately I did have a Birthday recently but I also have a lot of friends with October Birthdays and I thought I would share some cards I made for them. I also demonstrated this set at my party on Monday at my fab Hostess Kaye's house! (HI Kaye!) My favorite Birthday set is Party Hearty,and best of all it is on sale this month too for 20% off!! Whoo Hoo! This was one of the 1st purchases I made from the New catalog when it came out in August! This stamp set is really fun and easy to stamp with! What is not to love about cupcakes and party hats, they make me happy (esp the cupcakes, choc. ones!)! Did I mention I love cupcakes!
The one on the right doen in the Regal Rose cardstock,is the one that I demo at Kaye's Party on Monday. The other is with Pumpkin Pie Cardstock as the base. For all of the cards I cut off about 3/4 in after I folded my card stock in half and used the new Scalloped Edge Punch down the side, which is hard to tell from my pictures. I had to take them with my camera phone due to time constraints. So trust me, the edges are scalloped and most beautiful! LOL I cut a 5 1/2 x 1 1/2 piece of one of my favorite double sided designer paper, Sweet Always and attached it on the side I cut off. Then toped mine with some Dazzling Dimaonds gliter becuase no cupcake is complete with out sprinkles! This is a better close up picture of one of the cards, so you can see the scalloped edge. They are all the same design just with different color combinations. I used the colors of the designer paper to guide me! As I do often! Makes it all soooooo easy esp if you color challenged like me!
Here is another one with the same set using the party hats stamp from the set! I also used wish big from a set called Short and Sweet. The party hearty set does have 2 sayings in it but this was handy!

Last but not least is the cute little party favor bag I made to match! All using the same colors, designer paper and supplies! I used the Large Oval punch for the little handle and tied some wide regal rose grosgrain ribbon on the top to pretty it up!

~Halloween Treats Class~
Come join me on Sunday, Oct 26th & enjoy a fun afternoon of stamping! Make some projects to give to some special goblins or come make a slew of treats to share with the neighborhood or your child's class! These treats are so easy, feel free to bring your child and make it a Mom & Me or leave the kids to home and come yourself for a fun filled afternoon!!You will have the best Halloween treats on the block this Halloween!

Choose 3 different different options:
1.Variety of Projects: For $22 you will receive a 1/2 pack of the New Ghostly Greetings Double sided designer paper , supplies to make 2 of each of the 4 treat ideas, a photo holder, an awesome treat bag (great to carry your treats in or makes a great Trick or Treat Bag) and FUN, FUN, FUN!!! You only bring your choice of adhesive & scissors. Best of all, I will cut and score all the supplies ready for you to the fun stamping part when you arrive!!!!!! We will even be using the new Big Shot Die cutting machine! What a deal and it will be so much fun for everyone!

2.Slew of Halloween Treats: For $22 you will receive a 1/2 pack of New Ghostly Greetings Double sided designer paper, grossgrain ribbon, all Supplies to Make 25 treats of your choice of design (pick up to 2 designs), and an Awesome Treat Bag (great to carry your treats in or makes a great Trick or Treat Bag). Take home all left over supplies.

2.Class by Mail: Can't make the class? Chose either option above and add $4.50 for priority shipping if you need it mailed and it will be delivered to your door to stamp at your leisure. You may also pick the kit up at my home or work and save on shipping. Kits will be shipped/available out Wed, October 23rd. Bag will be stamped and assembled for you. All other supplies will be cut/scored and ready for you to assemble with directions and full color pictures of each project via e-mail. Per Stampin Up Policy, stamped images can not be provided. I used Batty for You stamp set, if you would like this set you complete your projects add it to the kit for only 22.95 (the tax & shipping is on me!).

I just love fall!!! I love seeing the leaves turn colors (Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard and Really Rust, of course!) and I love the weather. Don't get me wrong I LOVE Summer but I also love jeans and sweatshirt weather, hayrides, Halloween, spiced apple cider, corn mazes, halloween treats(couldn't leave those out!) and all the fun things that come along with fall!
